Design for Construction
Skills in greenfield and brownfield construction projects, including generation of construction documents, including stamped sealed drawings. We have licensed engineers in multiple states, and will pursue licensure in any states required to ensure a project’s success.
Process and Life Safety
LOPA, HAZOP and process hazard and technical analysis including industrial hygiene. We have TÜV Rheinland Certifications for Process Safety both in Safety Instrumented Systems and Process Hazards and Risk Analysis, and skills in Safety Instrumented and Toxic Gas systems (TGMS).
Computer System Validation
We have extensive experience in computer system validation, including qualification documents, technical design and validation/qualification methodologies to ensure maximum process flexibility within critical operating parameters.
Semiconductor Manufacturing Industry
Telluride Engineering has extensive experience in fab and tool install design. We have the capabilities of first-of-a-kind tool designs either from datasheets or from similar, prior tool packages, and particular emphasis on technology development. We also specialize in basebuild hazardous production material distribution networks, control systems and safety systems.
Life Sciences
Our life science experience includes control systems, computer system validation and data integrity (21 CFR Part 11) compliance. We leverage our process safety background to ensure that patient safety and product efficacy and safety is held paramount.
Process Safety and Safety Systems
Our team has a dynamic background in process safety and safety systems. We have professionals with experience in Industrial Hygiene, Process Safety Assessment and safety control systems. Our professionals hold TÜV Rheinland Functional Safety Engineering certificates.
In parallel, we have a broad background in safety control systems such as toxic gas monitoring systems (TGMS), life safety systems and safety instrumented systems (SIS).
