Evaluation System and Application of the Integral Safety in Chemical Industry Zone

Cluster regional development has become the main mode of the petrochemical industry development. How to evaluate and optimize the integral safety has become the key issue in the running of the chemical industry zone. Many factors impact the integral safety including zone location, integral planning, safety conditions, safety regulatory, emergency system and social effect. 62 indexes were proposed in detail based of the six effect factors. By the introduction of AHP(Analytical Hierarchy Process), the integral safety level performance of each index will be obtained and the shortcomings of the safety works will be revealed. Based on the results, long term effective work safety mechanism will be adopted to improve the level of integral safety more pertinently.
