Hazard Analysis of Large Facilities Based on Statistical Analysis of Accidents

Through statistical analysis for typical accidents cases of large facilities, styles of accidents, types of facilities and accidents cause are analyzed. Then major hazards of large facilities are presented, including facilities, human error, safety management and environmental conditions. Based on hazard analysis of large facilities, the corresponding safety precautions are presented. The safety precautions are mainly about improvement of safety function of facilities, strengthening of safety supervision, enforcement of safety management and conduct propaganda & education among the masses. The research results can provide scientific basis and reference for the safety management of large facilities.
