Quality Control and Evaluation Of HAZOP Analysis

Importance of HAZOP analysis quality is illustrated in a real accident case resulting from failed HAZOP analysis. Firstly, instructions the necessary resources ensure of HAZOP analysis by technology, timing, personnel, organization and management, etc. Secondly, discourses the important part which need quality control during the process of HAZOP analysis through the HAZOP methodological, PSM management system, technical standards and norms, practical work experience, etc. Finally, discusses how to evaluate the quality of HAZOP analysis. The purpose is to fully guarantee the quality of HAZOP analysis, making the analysis work to be properly and accurately carried out.
