International Perspectives on Process Safety

Learning about state-of-the-art safety practices and standards at newly developed facilities as well as challenges and lessons from the existing facilities in the modern world is very important to the process safety community including industries, government, academia, and consulting firms. We invite papers in the broad area of process safety and risk assessment at international level to be presented in this session on topics such as (not limited to): role of human factors, alarm management, near-misses etc. In particular case studies, unique applications, and examples of integration of various aspects of process safety programs are encouraged for submission.
