Management of Change (MOC) is one of the most important elements of the PSM. Effective MOC is the key to minimize the impact and reduce potential risk associated with a change. This session welcomes the papers on application of MOC processes including the use of electronic MOC processes and management of organizational change (MOOC). Papers on the association between a certain "change" and potential risk, advanced experiences of MOC and the risk evaluation method of the "change" will be favorably considered.
