危险化学品管道事故中环境风险评价与环境应急分析

摘要：危险化学品在储运过程中发生的管道事故呈逐年增多的趋势,已成为当今世界普遍关注的环境问题。本文在分析危险化学品管道事故中，环境污染的特征及现状的基础上,指出目前开展环境风险评价、环境应急监测以及环境应急处理的重要性和紧迫性，重点介绍了环境风险评价、环境应急监测以及环境应急处理的具体内容、监测项目的预先辨识方法和应急手段，并针对它们在实际应用中存在的问题和不足，提出了一些建设性措施。

Analysis of Environmental Risk
Assessment and Emergency Monitoring in the Hazardous Chemicals Pipeline Accidents

Abstract: The frequency of hazardous chemicals pipeline accidents is increasing
every year, this has become a world-wide environment issue. In order to deal
with hazardous chemicals pipeline accidents, the characters and causes of environmental
pollution in them
are approached, as well as the concepts, preliminary identification methods and
emergency measures of environmental
risk assessment, environmental emergency monitoring and environmental emergency
response, which are significant for dealing with them. The importance and
urgency are indicated of the environmental risk assessment, environmental
emergency monitoring and environmental emergency response for hazardous chemicals
pipeline accidents. Meanwhile for the existing problems, some constructive ideas
are proposed.
