According to the process characteristics of the pipe racks in chemical industry park, based on the statistical analysis of typical fire accident of chemical pipe racks, the leakage, fire and explosion accident risk and evolution rules of pipe racks in chemical industry park were studied in the paper. According to dynamic fire risk characteristics of pipe racks in chemical industry park, based on the on-line monitoring parameters of the pipe racks such as pipes pressure, flow rate, temperature, gas concentration and so on, combined with the utility pipes environment monitoring dates analysis and pipelines reliability analysis, the park pipe racks dynamic fire risk evaluation index system was established which can be used to realize the utility pipes accident risk early warning and real-time online monitoring. And based on the intelligence and Internet information technology, the accident risk control strategy of chemical material conveying pipe galleries and accident emergency disposition key technology were put forward, to realize early warning, intellisense and rapid emergency disposal function of the pipeline leakage and fire accident, which to avoid the material leakage and fire & explosion disaster accidents, effectively to improve the capacities of petrochemical enterprise accident emergency disposal technology.
