Natural gas pipeline integrity management and accident preventive measures research
Abstract:The world's gas pipeline safety status is not optimistic currently,miserable accidents brought huge economic losses.Pipeline service are divided into three stages.The Failure rate is higher in the first stage,it is due to design flaw and the quality problem;the failure rate is low and stable in the second stage,it is always due to wrong operation and third party damage;in the third stage ,the failure rate increasing with time,because of the corrosion, aging,fatigue and etc.In the daily safety management,the gas pipeline can be evaluated on the basis of this feature.Through comprehensive analysis, optimize the original pipeline integrity management model and draw a flow chart.To some extent,strengthen the evaluation and analysis level.Integrity management is a process that through monitoring, testing and inspecting to achieve equipment integrity information and evaluate the risk of equipment and applicability, enterprises can timely take corresponding measures to ensure the integrity of the equipment on the physical and functional.The modified system mainly includes:data collection(daily records ;raw data), data management,risk assessment,integrity evaluation(ECDA;NDTtechnology and other detection technology), repair and maintenance(repair plan;regular check),performance evaluation.Each procedure includes several contents.The natural gas pipeline running environments are complex, generally can be divided into four forms:the design and construction defects, corrosion, third party damage and natural factors.Through consult the literature ,analyze the four primary factors roundly.In the end,put forward five suggestions.The five suggestions mainly includes technology and management.Suggestions are roughly as follows.In the aspect of technology,use analysis software(ANSYS) to analysis the residual strength of the pipeline,compared with the theoretical analysis of the results closer to reality.The welding technology and aseptic technique.Embedded devices based on the technology of IOT.In the aspect of management, carry out the relevant laws and regulations, formulate emergency plans and so on.
