Oil Transportation Pipeline Leakage Emergency and Environmental Restoration

Abstract：With the development of economic construction and social development, dangerous chemicals used in the production and life are increasingly common. The production, storage and the use of dangerous chemicals are inseparable from transport links. Pipeline transportation has become the fifth mode of transport because of its low transport cost, none pollution, and less wear and tear, etc. Pipeline transportation, which transports fluid such as gas and liquid by pipeline, is developed with the growth of the production of oil and gas. And it is responsible for 70% of the crude oil and 99% of the gas transportation. Recent years, many factors such as corrosion, sudden natural disaster and accidents caused by human, made oil and gas pipeline emergency happen frequently. This paper is about to introducing several methods of emergency treatment and environmental remediation caused by the oil pipeline leaks.

摘要：随着经济建设和社会的发展，危险化学品在生产和生活中的应用越来越普遍，其生产、储存、使用都离不开运输环节。管道运输以其运输成本低、无污染、损耗少等优点已成为继公路、铁路、水运和航空之后第五大交通运输方式。管道运输是随着石油和天然气产量的增长而发展起来的，是借助管道送气体、液体等流体的运输技术。近年来，油气管道安全受腐蚀、突发性自然灾害，以及人为因素导致的意外事故等因素影响，油气管道突发事件频发。本文将介绍有关石油管道泄漏引起的环境污染应急处理与环境修复方法的若干方法。
