According to the gas pipelines’ actual operating conditions of the Southwest Oil and Gas Field Company, and also based on the "fit for purpose" principle ,The finite element analysis and experiment were adopted to re-investigate the D813×12 L485 gas pipeline under pressure with imperfection such as sunken, metal loss, unfitness of butt joint, undercut, etc. The comparison of the analysis and the actual measurement was made to verify the validity of simulation. Furthermore, based on the verified boundary condition, the utmost of the imperfections were carried out . In this paper ,a new method was adopted to safety evaluation of gas pipeline.

基于ANSYS模拟的L485天然气管道缺陷安全评定探讨

摘要:本文根据中国石油西南油气田公司天然气管道的实际运营情况,基于“合于使用”的原则,通过试验及有限元分析对某规格为D813×12、材质为L485天然气输气管线的凹陷、金属损失、错边、咬边等典型缺陷进行安全评定。通过实测数据校核有限元的边界条件以及结果的准确性,并利用验证好的边界条件分别得到在特定运行压力条件下缺陷的极值,为天然气管道的安全评定提供了一种新的方法。
