摘要:本文针对危险化学品管道运输突发性污染事件,通过阅读文献和调查得到危险化学品管道输送环境风险与运输化学品管道、运输管道的布设及管道内的危险品有关。论文在传统故障树分析法基础上纳入了对泄露地造成影响的危害度,求出故障树的最小割集以及结构重要度,分析出最大的影响因子是管道密度;并与危险化学品管道输送的路径优化模型结合,试图得出环境化学品管道输送环境风险最低的组合方式,以期为危险化学品管道输送管理提供依据。
Abstract: In this paper, for the pipeline transportation of dangerous chemicals sudden pollution events, by reading literature and surveys we get that hazardous chemicals piped environmental risks of chemicals is related to the chemical transportation pipeline, the dangerous goods in pipeline and the laying pipelines. On the basis of traditional fault tree analysis we add the impact of the leak into the ground hazard degree, to find the smallest fault tree cut sets and structural importance, then we find out the greatest impact factor analysis is the pipeline density; and combining the pipeline transportation of dangerous chemicals the path optimization model with some impact factors find out above, we attempt to find lowest combination come to environmental chemicals piped of environmental risk in order to provide the basis for the pipeline transportation of hazardous chemicals management.
