中美油气管道安全检测标准差异性分析研究

摘要：安全检测是确保油气运输和管道安全运行的重要手段。通过梳理中国、美国管道安全检测标准，比较性分析了两国标准在检测方法、检测靶标（位置点）、检测装置、检测周期、检测人员要求、检测数据处理和反馈等方面的技术共性和差异，指出我国目前管道安全检测标准方面存在的突出问题，并同时建议基于我国现有管道安全检测标准，适当借鉴美国检测标准方面的细节要求，制定符合我国管道安全运行的检测标准。
