In an environment having a Committed Culture, executives involve themselves personally, and managers and supervisors drive excellent execution every day. All employees maintain a sense of vigilance and vulnerability. Papers on this topic will highlight best practices in which executives, supervisors, managers, engineers, operators and mechanics enable and encourage a committed culture which supports safe and reliable operations. 1) Explain with case studies (Cultural surveys, analysis & results, reports, etc.) how your organisation has developed, strengthened and implemented its process safety culture. Key words would be felt leadership and sense of vulnerability 2) Enumerate success stories, issues and difficulties faced in implementation. 3) Discuss your organization’s vision and future plans for improving safety culture.
