What Is a Culture That Focuses Only On Personal Losses, or Based Solely On Hazard Identification, or Based On Hazard Identification and Definition and Management of Their Risk

The management based on knowledge of existing risks in the organization is to be pursued by all organizations. When we talk about risks, we are talking of process risks and business risks associated with various types of risks inherent to the business.
Organizations that base their knowledge and decision making only on knowledge or experience associated with occupational losses, do not develop a proper sense and so does not create in people a sense of importance of seeking knowledge of the dangers inherent in the process and the organizations business. As who create their patterns and practices based on identifying only the dangers inherent in the processes and / or activities may be taking greater risks in decision making over-and under appreciated and can expose the organization to risks not known or are allocating more resources than the actually required.
Organizations that focus their decisions and strategies, based on processes and patterns of risk assessment, supported by the existence of risk acceptability criteria defined in the organization, approved by the executives and shareholders, and disseminated through all the functions, can act more synergistically, making decisions focused on what really defines how the organization risks not accepted, or accepted but risks must be managed through the existence of a risk management system implemented and monitored continuously.
