In recent years, the field of hazardous chemicals production had been occurred a serious process safety incidents, such as Dalian "7.16" pipeline explosion fire accident, Hebei "2 • 28" chemical plant explosion. These accidents are prompting internationalization of process safety management in Chinses petrochemical enterprises. Sinope as one of the most important petrochemical enterprises in China actively carry out the process safety management, including the assessment of the process safety performance research. The new process safety management system learned good practice from RBPS(CCPS), PSM(OSHA) and guidelines for process safety management of petrochemical corporations requirements and practice(AQ / T 3034-2010,China). The system 16 elements wighted by analytic hierarchy process. Establish checklist for each element based on device characteristics process and problems are classified into different levels and options with different value. Ultimately we can get the whole process safety management performance. Feedback results at all levels of the right to re-adjust the repeated testing of different enterprises or units, and more perfect assessment tool work.
