Note:

• Online registration will be open until October 28, 2024. After October 28, registrations will need to be processed on-site.
• If you are in need of an invitation letter for your visa, please send your request to ccpseuropeanconference@aiche.org as early as possible to guarantee that the letter will be generated before the event. Please note that AIChE and CCPS are unable to directly contact embassies or various officials on your behalf. We can only issue this letter to you as your proof of your attendance to the conference. 

• If you are an employee of a CCPS member company and cannot see the member discount rate at registration please follow the steps below:

  • Generate an account as requested with your company email
  • Contact customer service at customerservice@aiche.org and request your account to be identified as a member since your company is a member of CCPS
  • Customer service will then link your account and send you an email to ask you to begin your registration for the conference
• EPSC members are entitled to member rates. Please email us at ccpseuropeanconference@aiche.org  for promo code 
• Speakers and Planning Committee Members please email us at ccpseuropeanconference@aiche.org  for registration promo code 

Cancellation Policy: 

Cancellation requests made by calling Customer Service at 800.242.4363, 203.702.7660 (outside the United States) or emailed to customerservice@aiche.org no later than  September 18, 2024, 11:59PM ET will receive a full refund less $50 in processing charges. After September 17, 2024, no full registration refunds will be given. If you register but are unable to attend, AIChE will accept a substitute for a $50 processing fee.
