The conference will be held in the Eisner & Lubin Auditorium at NYU's Kimmel Center for University Life.

Attendees are encouraged to arrange accomodation according to personal preferences. Please refer to the links below to find hotels, flights, and/or lodgings near NYU's Manhattan campus. 

• Flights
  • There are 3 main NYC airports, with Newark and LaGuardia being about equidistant to NYU. Use your preferred airline provider to find a flight to one of the following:
    • LaGuardia Airport (LGA) 9.3 miles

    • Newark International Airport (EWR) 12.2 miles

    • John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK) 16.7 miles

• Area Transportation
  • Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA)
    • Various buses, such as the M1, M2, M3, etc. and some subway lines (R, W) have stops near campus. Be sure to check Google maps or any navigation tool to ensure you have a smooth trip.
  • Ride share services (Uber or Lyft) and various taxi-cab services run at all times around the city. Be sure to allow for traffic

Travel and Visa

Attendees are responsible for their own travel plans and visas, as required. Please allow extra time for visa processing.
