JIM MOLLOY is Regional Account Manager with Petrofac Technology Solutions Group and most passionate about helping people succeed.
He partners with numerous Energy clients focusing on digitally transforming competency and learning solutions to help keep people safe and compliant. His passion for operationalising competencies resulted in him becoming the youngest member of his company’s Operating Committee in 1998.
Jim has executive-level international experience in multiple industries and cultures. His learning, competency, and data projects have been translated into several languages on five continents.
He is a member of the Adjunct Teaching Faculty at The University of Houston. A published author, Jim holds a Master’s degree in Training and Organizational Development from Lesley University and earned his B.A. from Stonehill College. When he’s not working, you’ll likely find Jim practicing music, at the gym, or playing ice hockey.
