The High Pressure Gas Safety Institute of Japan
Takahiro Yabuki studied environmental engineering in Tokyo, Japan. Since April of 2013, he engaged in a commissioned investigation project by METI, the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, regarding the High Pressure Gas Safety Act for 3 years in the High Pressure Gas Safety Institute, commonly called KHK. Starting in April of 2016, he experienced examination, legal inspection, and accident response based on the High Pressure Gas Safety Act in Mie prefectural government for training. He returned to KHK in 2019 and has been engaged in accident statistic and accident investigation including accident of hydrogen refueling station.
