What's included in this registration?

Registration includes admission to all sessions, lunches, breaks, networking events and post-conference proceedings.
- Training Day Courses can be added to your conference registration. You can elect to attend one, two, or all three courses.
Group registration: A discount of 15% is available for groups of 5 or more regular participants of the same affiliation (e.g., universities, research institutes or companies); it does not apply to students. Email sallk@aiche.org for details.
Online registration and payment are processed using a credit or debit card in USD. To pay with a bank transfer contact customerservice@aiche.org.
This event is scheduled to be fully in-person. No virtual access portion will be available.
- Early Bird Registration rates are available until June 17, 2025.

Cancellation & Substitution Policy:
Cancellations called in at 800.242.4363 or emailed to customerservice@aiche.org no later than July 28, 2025 11:59pm ET will receive a full refund less $50 in processing charges. After July 28, no full registration refunds will be given. If you register but are unable to attend, AIChE will accept a substitute with a $50 processing fee.
Travel and Visa Requirements
Attendees are responsible for their own travel plans and visas, as required. Please allow extra time for visa processing.
Visa invitation letters can be provided upon request by emailing invitationletters@aiche.org. To help expedite the request, please research the particular requirements of your country of citizenship and provide all relevant information in your request.
