CHS Conference Registration includes admission to all CHS sessions, scheduled meals, breaks and networking events. RE+ Registration: visit the RE+ website to register for events at the RE+ . WHA Registration: visit the WHA website to register for the in-person H2 Safety Training.
Group registration: A discount of 15% is available for groups of 5 or more regular participants of the same affiliation. Offer does not apply to students. Email nahia@aiche.org for Promo Code.
Online registration and payment are processed using a credit or debit card in USD. To pay with a bank transfer contact customerservice@aiche.org.

Cancellation Policy
Due to uncertainty related to the Coronavirus (COVID-19), AIChE is relaxing its cancellation policy. You can cancel for any reason up to five days before the event and receive a full refund.
- Cancellation requests can be made by calling Customer Service at 800.242.4363, 203.702.7660 (outside the United States), or by emailing customerservice@aiche.org.
- Registration fees may be transferred to another individual at no charge.

Travel and Visa
Attendees are responsible for their own travel plans and visas, as required. Please allow extra time for visa processing.
Visa invitation letters can be provided upon request by Nahida Alam at nahia@aiche.org. To help expedite the request, please research the particular requirements of your country of citizenship and provide all relevant information in your request.
