Adam is the Continuous Improvement & Learning Leader for the Consumer Solutions Business. He is responsible for the Lean/Six Sigma business portfolio, technical training for production sites, and leads the global harmonization team to migrate all silicone sites to standard operating systems and tools.
Prior to being named to his current role, Adam was a global program leader responsible for enterprise project implementations. His background includes Technical Service & Development roles in multiple industries, Enterprise Innovation Process Owner, and Global Business Commercialization Manager.
Adam is also responsible for training and maintaining facilitators for Situational Leadership II courses across Dow globally. He is a member of the Breakthrough Inclusion Team for the M&E Function with the long term goal of making a step change in the diversity of leadership in manufacturing. Adam earned his chemical engineering B.S. from Kansas State University in 1988.
