He specializes in external collaborations, alliance management, and formulation development, particularly for antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs). Adi drives new business and provides strategic guidance to R&D teams.
Adi began his career at Regeneron and Genentech, contributing to therapies like Eylea® and Polivy®. He played a key role in establishing technical operations at ten23 health and Lonza DPS and has led numerous CMC programs with pharma partners. Passionate about innovation, Adi is dedicated to improving patient outcomes.
Adi holds an Engineering degree from Anna University, India, and a Master’s in Molecular Biology from the University of Southern California, USA.
