Alyson Swerdloff earned her bachelor’s degree in English from West Virginia University and a master’s degree in Library and Information Science from the Palmer School of Long Island University. In May 2012, after working for two years as an Information and Knowledge Management Specialist at a corporate law firm headquartered in New York City, she decided to switch industry gears and join the User Services team at McGraw-Hill Professional, where she provides Access Engineering training for engineers and engineers-in-training alike.
