ANDRÉ BERNARD, p.eng., is a senior process engineer with NOVA Chemicals Corporation. He has over 35 years of experience in plant operations and process design. He has published several technical papers throughout his career and holds BS and MS degrees in chemical engineering from l’École Polytechnique de Montréal in Canada. He is a Fellow of the American Institute of Chemical Engineers (AIChE) and a registered professional engineer in the provinces of Ontario and Québec in Canada.
