Ann Marie Augustus is a founding member and Vice President of Operations for Urban Electric Power (UEP), where she is responsible for investor and client relations, strategic planning, and partnerships. Previously, she co-founded the solar investment startup Park Place Renewables and worked on technology transfer efforts for the City Univ. of New York’s (CUNY) Energy Institute, a research lab dedicated to energy innovation. She has startup experience in the cleantech hardware sector, with expertise in finance, strategy, and supply chain management. Since 2017, Augustus has served as a board member for Godrej Americas, a leading manufacturer of critical process equipment for the oil and gas, power, and water sectors. She earned her BA in philosophy from William Paterson Univ. and is currently completing her Masters in Science and Technology Leadership at Brown Univ.
