Mr. Bill Waycaster is a Director for DCP Midstream and for Enterprise Products’ EPE Holdings. He serves on the Advisory Board of ChemConnect.
Previously Bill was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Texas Petrochemicals LP for over 10 years. Prior to this he was the Vice President of Dow Chemical’s North American Operations. He worked with Dow Chemical for over 27 years and has a career in the petrochemical industry for more than 45 years.
