He performs hazard and regulatory compliance reviews in the context of Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) Process Safety Management (PSM), Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Risk Management Program (RMP), and Dept. of Transportation/Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (DOT/PHMSA) regulations, including safer technology and alternative analyses (STAAs) and off-site consequence analyses.
