Bruce E. Kramer

Bruce E. Kramer, JD, is a partner at Sughrue Mion, PLLC, an intellectual property law firm in Washington, DC (Email: bkramer@sughrue.com). He has more than 30 years of experience in patent law, and he prepares and prosecutes patent applications in a wide variety of chemical technologies, including polymers, pharmaceuticals, nanotechnology, green technology, ceramics, alloys, organic chemistry, and engineering processes. Before becoming a patent attorney, Kramer worked as an engineer for Babcock & Wilcox Co. He has a BS in chemical engineering from the Univ. of Virginia and a JD from the Univ. of Akron. He is a member of the District of Columbia bar and the USPTO bar.
