Bruce S. Holden retired from Dow after 40 years of industrial experience (Email: bsh0@hotmail.com). He received a BS and an MS in chemical engineering from Clarkson Univ. in 1975 and 1977, respectively. At Dow, Holden held a number of technical leadership positions in process R&D, process engineering, and environmental services. Holden received numerous Dow awards including 13 Dow Technology Center/Waste Reduction Always Pays (WRAP) awards for the development and implementation of commercially successful technology at Dow manufacturing facilities (1990–2013). He is a Fellow of AIChE.
