Chris Jablonski is vice president of Downstream Technology & Services within the Chevron Technical Center and site director for the Richmond Technology Center (RTC). Chris oversees the development and deployment of Downstream-related technology for Chevron. He also serves on the Board and Audit Committee of GS Caltex.
Prior to his current role, Chris was the Country Chairman for Korea and Resident Director of GS Caltex. Prior to his role in Korea, Chris lived in Singapore and led Chevron’s value chain organization, which is responsible for optimizing the crude and product supply chain for the refinery and fuels marketing businesses within the Asia Pacific region. In this capacity, Chris was also responsible for leading the development and execution of strategy for the business. In a previous role Chris, led the development of manufacturing and chemicals strategy for Chevron’s Downstream and Chemicals segment.
Prior to joining Chevron in 2014, Chris had a successful 14-year career with BP in a variety of technology, operations and commercial roles in the North American downstream and petrochemical industry. Chris also served as a director on the board of Singapore Refining Company, a joint venture between Chevron and Singapore Petroleum Company Limited. He earned a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from the University of Cincinnati and a M.B.A. from the University of Southern California.
