Curtis Swisher is President of SpirePointe Consulting. He is a professional coach, consultant, e-course designer, public speaker and author. He holds master’s degrees in engineering and education.
During 30 years with The Dow Chemical Company, he enjoyed three careers:
- Technical – doing process research and development as an engineer
- Leadership – supervising others’ research
- Internal consultant – Organizational development and leadership training
He has worked with clients in chemicals, aerospace, financial services, education and non-profits. He has addressed audiences in the US, Canada, Germany, India, Thailand, Romania, Kenya, Nepal and South Africa.
Curtis has been married 32 years to Giovanna. They have two children and reside in Lake Jackson, Texas.
