Kate is currently working for the South Australian Country Fire Service (SACFS) as their Operational Improvement Coordinator. Kate’s career includes experience as an Operational HazMat Response Chemist, Fire Service Scientific Officer, Regulatory Scientist (Industrial and Cosmetic Chemicals), Fire Investigator, and Researcher. Kate has attained her Ph.D. in Science (Forensic Fire Investigation), holds a Bachelor of Applied Chemistry (Hons in For. Sci.) and has Diplomas in Post Blast Investigation and Fire Investigation.
