Dr. Miriam Lev-On is the executive director of The LEVON Group, LLC, an environmental consultancy and facilitation company, providing services globally in the areas of air quality, “clean” energy sources, emission standards, and climate change mitigation strategies.
She has over 30 years of professional experience with U.S. federal and state air quality legislation, regulations, standards and corporate compliance. She is best known globally for her perspective on treaties and regulatory frameworks addressing greenhouse reporting disclosure, greenhouse gas reduction strategies, and national climate change mitigation plans.
Miriam holds a Ph.D. and an MA degree in Physical Chemistry from the University of California in Santa Barbara, with a BS in Chemistry and Physics from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem. She is currently the Vice Chair of the Air & Waste Management Association Pollution Prevention & Sustainability Division.
