ABOUT BWISE
Black Women in Science & Engineering (BWISE) was founded in 2015 with the purpose to support underrepresented women through networking, mentorship and career development. The group consists of black women from middle management through senior leadership with degrees in the sciences, math and engineering (even if they no longer work in that field) who would like to connect with others. The organization provides a platform and a space to share career experiences and be encouraged. The BWISE focus is on career advancement through personal and professional development.
