Esthèle Goure holds an MSc in Biotechnology from Polytech Marseille and holds a second MSc in Business Administration from Kedge Business School (France). She worked for more than 5 years in the Belgian biopharmaceutical industry in consultative commercial roles where she onboarded numerous investment projects linked to process development, scale-up, and commercial activities associated with different research pipelines and modalities. After one year working as Project Acquisition Coordinator at Bio Base Europe Pilot Plant in Ghent, where Esthèle set up EU project proposals and supported several EU-funded projects in the biobased economy/industrial biotechnology, she joined the Business Development group, where she now helps new customers implement their scale-up at BBEPP.
