Dr Fabienne Boukobza-Ravey is the Category Technical Leader for Natural colours at Givaudan.
With over 18 years of experience in natural colours development and applications, she previously managed Naturex’s colours R&D platform for many years.
Fabienne obtained a Food Sciences & Nutrition degree before going on to complete a PhD at Nottingham University, UK in the field of flavour science.
Her extensive knowledge of natural colours, combined with Givaudan’s science and application expertise in proteins and flavours, has resulted in a new holistic approach to fulfil the needs of plant-based products, such as meat alternatives.
