Fouad Teymour is Johnson Polymer Professor in the department of Chemical and Biological Engineering, and the Director of the Center for Complex Systems and Dynamics, at the Illinois Institute of Technology. He is a researcher and award-winning educator. His research focuses in the areas of polymer reaction engineering, nonlinear dynamics, complexity, biofuels, and drug delivery. He is also a Chicago-based Egyptian American playwright whose plays have been produced on Chicago theater stages (Silk Road Rising 2019, Three Cat Productions 2017).
