Greg Anderson is the Vice President of 3M's Corporate Research Lab. The Corporate Research Lab is responsible for development and deployment of new technology across the global 3M R&D organization.

Greg joined 3M in 1993 as a research chemist in the then Adhesive Technologies Center, Corporate Research Lab. Greg was part of the Corporate R&D organization at 3M working on multiple adhesive platforms before transferring to the Office Supplies division in 2000 as a Senior Technical Manager. Within this capacity, Greg was responsible for Post It branded products, and in 2003, Greg was appointed the Technical Director for the Office Supplies Division. In 2007, he joined the Automotive Division, Industrial and Transportation Business as a Technical Director and worked with his team to develop and commercialize new adhesives, trim film and ceramic fiber composites. In 2010, Greg joined 3M's Skin & Would Care Division/Critical & Chronic Care Solutions Division, Health Care Business as the Technical Director and Clinical Research. Within this capacity, Greg was responsible for commercializing the Silicone Platform and developing a number of programs within advanced wound care space.

Greg has a M.B.A. in Marketing from the University of St. Thomas, M.S. in Organic Chemistry from the University of Minnesota, and a B.S. in chemistry from Hamline University in St. Paul MN.
