Hang Loi is an engineering professional with over 25 years of experience. Prior to being the Global Supplier Relationship Manager with 3M consumer electronics business, Hang’s career was immersed in new product development and commercialization where she helped advance several technologies applied to different industries. She held a variety of roles as Program Lead, Technical Lead, and Subject Matter Expert in many topics needed to bring science to life and into customers’ hands.
Hang is passionate about driving inclusive values to bring more equitable opportunity and diverse representation into the workplace. She actively volunteers with organizations that support these values, including the Society of Women Engineers (SWE) and the Society of Asian Scientists and Engineers (SASE). She is the Chair of 3M A3CTION, an employee resource network advocating for Asians and Asian Americans.
