Dr. Hankwon Lim is currently Associate Professor in the School of Energy and Chemical Engineering at Ulsan National Institute of Science and Technology (UNIST) in Korea. He received BS from Sogang University (Korea), MS from Georgia Tech (USA), and PhD from Virginia Tech (USA) all in chemical engineering. He also had industrial experience in R&D center at Praxair, industrial gas company, as a development specialist.
His research is well-balanced between experimental and theoretical studies and primary research areas are process simulation and techno-economic analysis for energy and environmental systems, H2 energy, CO2 capture and utilization, greenhouse gas mitigation, reformer design, membrane separation, membrane reactor, and computational fluid dynamics.
