Hemant is a multi-talented Design / Process / Systems engineer with over 40 years experience on projects from concept stage to detailed design in many different areas of Engineering (Aerospace, Facilities and IT), including 29 years in management. Hemant has worked at two different NASA Centers (Kennedy Space Center and Glen Research Center), successfully filling many roles in Engineering, IT, quality and safety. He has also worked as Piping and Pressure Vessel Engineer in the Nuclear and Petrochemical Industry. He has led the efforts to obtain ISO 9001 for three separate organizations and also CMMI Level 3 for one organization. He has developed work processes and also process improvement for the software lifecycle and other work processes. Prepared feasibility studies for facility modification. He has also developed safety standards and processes when working as a Safety Officer. He is a 14 year member (one of the founding members) of the ASME B31.12 Hydrogen Piping and Pipelines Committee.
