Prof. Hyun Suk Jung completed his B.S. (1997), M.S. (1999), and Ph.D. (2004) in Seoul National University, Korea. He is currently a professor at School of Advanced Materials Science and Engineering, Sungkyunkwan University, Korea. He was an associate professor at Sungkyunkwan University, Korea (2011-2017), an assistant professor at Kookmin University, Korea (2006-2011), a director’s funded postdoctoral fellow at Los Alamos National Laboratory, USA (2005-2006), a post-doc at Research Institute of Advanced Materials, Seoul National University, Korea (2004-2005). His research area covers perovskite solar cell, flexible solar cell, hydroxyapatite materials, and water splitting. For his research achievements in the field, he was awarded the director’s postdoctoral fellowship, Los Alamos National Lab (2005), top 50 outstanding research achievements, Ministry of Science and Education (2012), Minister award, Ministry of Future Creation and Science (2013), Outstanding research award, KIST (2013), and SKKU Young-Fellowship (2018).
