Jérôme Taveau is a Senior Consultant at the Jensen Hughes Manhattan office, where he provides process safety consulting and incident investigation services. His expertise includes chemical process safety, consequence modeling, quantitative risk assessment, and industrial fire & explosion protection.
Mr. Taveau has visited multinational companies in North America, Europe, China, Hong Kong, and Japan to help proactively address fire and explosion hazards. He is well-published in the technical literature with 25 peer-reviewed journal publications and more than 70 conference presentations given in 15 countries. He is also a significant contributor to various industry standards organizations, such as NFPA, ASTM, ISO, and CEN.
Mr. Taveau holds a Master’s degree in industrial risks management from Institut National des Sciences Appliquées and a Master’s degree in chemical engineering from Arts et Métiers Paris. Mr. Taveau is a French and an American citizen.
