As Principal consultant with Water and Power Consult LLC., Mr. Levine specializes in all processes involved in the treatment and operation of water systems. This includes external treatment, boiler water, cooling water, and process water and wastewater areas.


Mr. Levine provides expertise involving the above systems for technical and economic consultation. This includes system performance reviews, problem solving, failure analyses, continuing surveillance and system auditing.


His career started in plant operations at PSEG (NJ) with oversight of a 3000 gpm ion exchange demineralization plant.  At Betz Laboratories (GE Water) he held various engineering, management  and sales positions and was a member of the Global New Construction Group which was involved with the water related development and engineering of over 500 power, refining and industrial facilities.  After a number of years of cogeneration development for a private power developer he started his own consultancy.


He is currently working on chemistry issues for a supercritical power unit using reclaim water in TX and on the engineering of two combined cycle power facilities in NJ, both using secondary wastewater.


Mr. Levine has been engaged in water treatment and water related consulting services for 42 years.  He has an M.S. Civil (Sanitary) Engineering from New York University.
