As the Director of Customer Success at Cerillo, Jess helps bring Cerillo’s newest technologies to market while directly supporting customers in their research. She focuses on developing applications and instrumentation to make measurement technology more user-focused. Prior to her experience with Cerillo, she spent five years working with research laboratories in analytical roles. Jess is proud to support great research efforts, and strongly believes that better tools and instrumentation will open up numerous opportunities in research around the world.
