Jim DeKloe, PhD, is a professor, director, and founder of the Industrial Biotechnology Program at Solano Community College in the North San Francisco Bay Area. He has more than 35 years of experience in the biotechnology sector and is a widely recognized leader for developing and delivering industry-driven programming in the life sciences that incorporates the scientific, technical/engineering, quality, regulatory, and business aspects of the biomanufacturing field. He holds an MA and PhD in biology from the Univ. of California, Los Angeles.
