
Mr. Honeyman provides technical leadership to development and demonstration of technologies to treat and dispose of highly radioactive chemical wastes. In this capacity he manages projects, conducts strategic planning, and consults to onsite and corporate clients. He has over thirty-eight years of experience within the DOE weapons complex, with responsibility for a wide range of strategic and tactical planning, process design and development, program management, program alternative evaluation, contingency planning for both weapons material processing and environmental clean up. He is skilled in chemical engineering process design and analysis, new venture feasibility assessment, technology implementation, NEPA processes, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder involvement. His experience spans a broad range of program areas that includes DOE complex-wide nuclear materials production, DOE Site Cleanup technology and planning, recovery and waste management; weapons fabrication technologies and compliance issues; and startup planning for contingency capabilities.
