JoAnn Lacheny received her BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. She began her career as a production engineer at Great Lakes Chemical in 1999. In 2003, she joined Huntsman as a process engineer at the Conroe operations facility and later, the plant’s Six Sigma Black Belt. In 2008, she joined the Process Technology research and development group at the Huntsman Advanced Technology Center. JoAnn currently manages the Bench Scale and Pilot Plant operations team and assets for process and product development and scale up.
JoAnn has a variety of experience with creating synergy and building teams to solve problems, generate improvements and provide value in an operating environment. In her various roles, she has excelled in working with a diverse group of individuals within operations, research and development and the business.
